IT RPO Sales Manager

We are hiring professionals who are willing to take charge of devising strategies for promoting and selling our services. An ideal candidate must be good in doing market research, must have knowledge of relevant content creation and campaigns related to the business. Should be open to do data entry work as and when required. Should be comfortable to do cold calling and email marketing and other lead generation activities.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all aspects of the sales cycle. Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Identify opportunities through marketing campaigns, networking, and prospecting activities.
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers
  • Maintain CRM for sales prospecting activities
  • Develop existing accounts and new prospects, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals while working closely with the technical recruiters.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction leading to additional business and referrals
  • Good knowledge of IT Service Sales and RPO sales background is preferred.
  • Establish, develop, strengthen and maintain relationships with people at all levels of the target accounts.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience on digital lead generation tools and techniques.
  • Should have knowledge of the international RPO sales market.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • 4 years of IT RPO Sales in the international market.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to close sales and seek out new customers
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Professional and outgoing in a client-facing role
  • The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a self-starter.
  • Expert presentation & closing skills are required
